We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns can be refunded to your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Eligible Returns
We may offer to repair, replace, or refund products at our discretion if:
- The product is not of merchantable quality
- The product doesn't match the technical specifications listed online
- The product contains defects or faults
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose as described online
Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted or sale items (all sales are final)
- Items that are not in brand new condition
- Products that have been used or ridden
- Clothing that has been worn or washed
If we receive a used item at our warehouse, we'll notify you by email and return it to you.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
We are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, or exchange if:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item
- You found the same or similar product elsewhere at a lower price
- The price of your purchased item was reduced after your purchase date
Please note: We do not offer exchanges.
Return Process
Once you submit a return request, our team will review it and provide an update. If your item is repairable, we'll complete the repair and ship the product back to you.
If your product qualifies for a refund, we'll process it to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Amounts
The refund amount depends on the reason for your return:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect product: You'll receive a full refund including both the product cost and original shipping fees.
- Change of mind: You'll receive a refund for the product cost only if the item is returned in brand new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
